This apartment is located on the first floor of our house and offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms each with shower & toilet, a living room with dining table, kitchen area, entrance area and balcony facing south. Perfect for a stay with 4 persons.

The two of the bedrooms are furnished in real oak wood. The large double beds are each 180x200 cm, equipped with comfortable mattresses, high class dawn comforter & pillows covered in high quality bed linen. So take a deep breath of clear mountain-air and you will surely fall asleep deeply. Practical reading lamps invite you to read your favorite books and of course, the radio clock must not be activated. Each bathroom offers shower & toilet and we have prepared a hair-dryer, several bath amenities and snuggly towels that surely will be changed on request.

The spacious living room is furnished with a large oak wooden dining-table and a cozy couch. With its access to the southbound located balcony the room is bright and inviting and some kind of center of this apartment. Not only for watching digital SAT-TV offering lots of international channels. Practically located nearby there is the kitchen area, which is small but fully equipped with dishwasher, 4-zone-glass ceramic cooktop panel, refrigerator with freezing compartment, a variety of electric equipment to choose (coffee machine / Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, egg boiler, juice squeezer), extensive cook- and dinnerware and of course also some cleaning supplies.

The balcony facing south is accessible from the living room and one of the bedrooms. There you can enjoy a sunny day from early to late by having an unobstructed wonderful view to the surrounding mountains of Seefeld, directly to the ski- and hiking area Gschwandtkopf and the ski-jumping arena.

The wardrobe is located in the entrance area of the apartment. Right in front of the door you can place your shoes that can also be put on the boots-heating facility in order to prepare them for the next sporting activities. In case you need some slippers for your stay, we are pleased to offer.
